But something felt incomplete.
While the four pillars – purpose, profit, people, planet-were clear. But the soul? The element you all named during the World Record Interviews was missing.
I’d sit at my desk for hours, staring paralyzed at 2024 milestones. Not because I lacked discipline.
But because my soul refused to let me rush.

Every entrepreneur and team can play BIG once they find their audacious business IMPACT.
2. Lead from the Light, not from the Lack
Lack creates more lack. You become a needy drama queen requiring instant, external energy. It pushes people away. Light always has an inner source. Your only job is to go inwards.
3. Give a seat at the table to Purpose, Profit, People, Planet and Soul
Weaving together purpose, profitability, environmental stewardship, people-oriented and soul perspectives in every aspect of decision-making leads to holistic business performance, empowering self-managed teams to flourish in clarity.
4. Engage Your Ecosystem
Your clients, suppliers and other parts of your ecosystem must actively participate in strategic sessions, accountability meetings and work together for amplifying impact and results.
